Narrative EMDR was first developed for use with children, but is increasingly being used with adults. It is a very gentle form of EMDR which involves writing stories which are paired with BLS. It can be used as preparation for standard protocol EMDR, or can be a stand-alone intervention for those who cannot access the standard protocol.

In this online training, you will learn everything that you need in order to use narrative EMDR with your clients. You will learn the theory and how to write the stories.

You will see videos of narrative EMDR in practice and you will get a chance to try it out yourself.

You will leave confident about your ability to put narrative EMDR into practice.
